Overview
Preschool Kids: Spelling Games is a calm, ad-free early-learning app that helps 3-5-year-olds build spelling, phonics, and early-reading skills through play. With 50+ game-based activities, AI-powered stories, and full offline support, Mobizio designed and built it as a single cross-platform codebase shipped to both the App Store and Google Play.
The Challenge
Parents want to give their children a head start before school, but teaching letters, numbers, and early reading at home is hard without the right tools. The goal was a fun, calm, and safe mobile app that preschoolers could use on their own to build foundational skills, while giving parents confidence it was age-appropriate and ad-free. It had to hold the attention of a 3-5-year-old who can't yet read, and run smoothly on both iOS and Android.

The Engineering
Mobizio delivered it end-to-end as a single Solar2D (Lua) codebase shipped to both iOS and Android. The build pairs game-based learning activities with AI-powered features ("AI Craft" and "Turn Imagination Into Story"), works fully offline, and stays ad-free and safe for young children, with in-app subscriptions for monetization and dedicated QA engineering to keep it stable and smooth across a wide range of devices.
