Welcome to Mobizio. These Terms of Service govern your use of mobizio.io and any services we provide. By using our website or engaging us for project work, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Use of our website
You may use mobizio.io for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the site in any way that may damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with another user's use of the site. You also agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, other accounts, or any connected computer systems.
Intellectual property
The content on mobizio.io, including text, graphics, logos, images, code, and case studies, is the property of Mobizio or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any content from this site without our written permission. For project work we do for you, ownership of the deliverables transfers to you on final payment, as specified in your project agreement.
Project engagements
When you engage us for software development or related services, the specific scope, price, timeline, payment terms, and deliverables are set out in a separate written agreement. That agreement, together with these Terms of Service, governs the relationship between us. If there is a conflict between the two, the project agreement takes priority for that engagement.
Payments and fees
All fees are due according to the payment schedule in your project agreement. Late payments may pause active work until the balance is settled. Unless stated otherwise, all prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, and other methods agreed in writing. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as described in your project agreement.
Warranties and disclaimers
We work hard to deliver high-quality software, but no software is perfect. Our deliverables come with a thirty-day bug fix warranty after launch, as detailed in your project agreement. Beyond that warranty, the website and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Mobizio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of your use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to your project is limited to the fees you paid for that project in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Third-party links and services
Our website and deliverables may include links to third-party websites or use third-party services such as cloud hosting, analytics, and payment platforms. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. You access third-party sites and services at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, to us, or to third parties. Termination of any project engagement is governed by the terms of your specific project agreement.
Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under or related to these terms will be handled in the courts of Sialkot, Pakistan, unless your project agreement specifies a different jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
