Editorial Standards

Last updated:

This page outlines the editorial standards Mobizio follows for every piece of content we publish on mobizio.io, from service pages to case studies to client testimonials. Our goal is to be clear, accurate, and honest — even when honesty is less flattering than marketing copy usually allows.

Accuracy

We do not publish claims about our capabilities, team, or results that we cannot back up with real work, real clients, or real data. Numbers in case studies come from actual project outcomes, not rounded marketing estimates. Technologies listed in our stack are technologies our engineers have shipped to production, not items added for search-engine reach.

Client confidentiality

We never share client names, project details, code, designs, or business information on this website without written permission from the client. Case studies are published only after the client reviews and approves the final wording. When a client prefers to remain unnamed, we describe the project at a higher level and remove identifying details.

Testimonials

Every testimonial on our site is from a real client. We do not write our own testimonials, paraphrase third-party reviews, or use stock photos to represent reviewers. When testimonials are sourced from independent platforms such as Clutch, Upwork, or DesignRush, we link back to the original review so visitors can verify it.

AI and content generation

We use AI tools to support our writing — drafting, summarizing, and editing — but a human team member reviews and revises every published page. We do not publish AI-generated content that has not been reviewed and edited by a person who understands the topic. We do not generate fake reviews, fake author names, or fake credentials with AI or any other tool.

Corrections

When we find an error — a wrong number, a stale claim, an outdated screenshot — we fix it as soon as we can and update the page. For significant changes to public claims, we note the update with a short revision line. The "Last updated" date at the top of each policy page reflects the most recent material change.

External links and citations

When we link to external sources — research papers, vendor docs, third-party reviews — we link directly to the primary source rather than aggregator sites. We do not accept payment to include external links on this website, and we disclose any partnership or affiliate relationship clearly in the content that mentions it.

Privacy and data

Our content does not collect personal information beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use dark patterns, hidden trackers, or content designed to extract data without informed consent.

Reporting concerns

If you spot something on our site that looks inaccurate, misleading, or out of line with the standards above, please email support@mobizio.io. We aim to review every report within five business days and respond with a correction, an explanation, or a follow-up question.
