Websites That Work As Hard As You Do

Your website is your most powerful salesperson: it's open 24/7 and either wins trust instantly or loses it forever. Mobizio builds fast, scalable, SEO-optimized web solutions that convert visitors into customers and scale as you grow.

Let's Break It Down

What web development actually covers

Web development is the design, build and operation of software that runs in a browser. In practice it splits into three quite different jobs: a marketing site whose success is measured in enquiries, a web application where signed-in users do real work, and an e-commerce storefront judged on completed checkouts. They share a language and almost nothing else — the architecture, the testing, and the cost of getting them wrong are all different.

  • Marketing sites: fast, indexable, and built so your team can edit copy without a developer
  • Web applications: accounts, permissions, data models and state that survive real usage
  • E-commerce: catalogue, checkout, payments and the integrations behind fulfilment
  • All three: Core Web Vitals, accessibility and security treated as build requirements, not launch cleanup

Which kind of web build do you need?

Most projects are clearly one of these three. Naming which one before you brief anybody is the single cheapest thing you can do to make quotes comparable.

Questions

Common questions

Specific to this service. Pricing, timelines, ownership and NDAs are answered on the homepage FAQ.

Should I use a website builder instead of custom development?
For a straightforward marketing site with a handful of pages, a builder like Webflow or Shopify is often the right answer and we will say so. Custom development earns its cost when you need something a builder cannot express: a permission model with more than two roles, data that has to stay in sync with another system, a checkout with rules specific to your business, or performance targets a template cannot hit. The honest test is whether you are fighting the tool within the first month. If you are, you needed custom; if you are not, you saved money.
How do you make a site fast, and does it actually matter?
It matters for two measurable things: search ranking and conversion. Google uses Core Web Vitals as a ranking signal, and slow pages lose visitors before they see anything. We treat speed as a build requirement rather than a launch-week cleanup — server-side rendering so the first paint does not wait on JavaScript, images sized and served in modern formats, code split so a page only loads what it uses, and a performance budget enforced in CI so a later feature cannot quietly undo it. This site is built the same way.
Will I be able to update the content myself?
Yes, and we scope it deliberately rather than assuming. For most marketing sites we connect a headless CMS so your team edits copy, images and pages without touching code or waiting on us. For application screens, the text usually lives in the codebase because it is bound up with the interface — changing it is a developer task by nature. We tell you which parts of your site fall into which category before the build, so nobody discovers the boundary after launch.
What happens to my search rankings if you rebuild an existing site?
Rankings are protected by preserving URLs where we can and 301-redirecting them where we cannot, mapping every old address to its closest new one before launch rather than after. We keep the existing page titles and content structure unless there is a reason to change them, submit an updated sitemap on the day of launch, and watch search console for coverage errors through the first few weeks. Traffic usually wobbles for a fortnight and recovers. It goes badly when redirects are treated as a post-launch task, which is why they are part of the build.
