Our Services

End-to-end software development and AI services that drive growth and innovation

Mobizio is a production-AI engineering consultancy. We build the AI features, agents, and automation that make it past the demo and into production — and the web, mobile, and backend software that has to exist around them before any of it reaches a real user.

Senior engineers only. The people who scope your product are the people who build it, so nothing is lost between the pitch and the first sprint. We have been shipping production software since 2015, for founders with an idea and a sketch, and for funded teams scaling a product that already has users.

The thirteen service lines below are how we describe the work internally. Most projects use three or four of them at once, under one contract and one point of contact. If you are not sure which ones you need, the guide further down maps common situations to the right starting point.

Not sure which one you need?

Find the line that sounds like your situation. It points at the service that answers it — and you are welcome to be wrong about it, because we will tell you on the call.

You have an idea and nothing built yet

We cut the idea down to the one thing that has to work, ship it to real users, and let their behaviour decide what gets built next.

MVP Development

Your AI demo works, but it breaks with real users

The gap between a demo and production is evaluations, guardrails, observability, and cost control. That gap is the work we do most.

Generative AI & LLM Apps

You have data but no idea what to do with it

Forecasting, prediction, and computer vision that produce a decision someone can act on, not a notebook nobody opens.

Machine Learning & Data Science

Your product is live and buckling under growth

Rearchitecting APIs, data models, and infrastructure so the system holds at the next order of magnitude instead of the current one.

Backend Development

You need to be on the App Store and Google Play

Native Swift and Kotlin, or one shared React Native or Flutter codebase. We handle submission and store review either way.

Mobile App Development

People sign up, then never come back

Research and prototyping to find where users actually stall, then an interface that removes the stall instead of decorating it.

UI/UX Design

You need more engineers, not another vendor

Senior engineers inside your standups, your board, and your process. We carry the hiring, payroll, and admin in the background.

Dedicated Dev Team

You know the problem but not the right approach

Architecture and delivery strategy from the engineers who would build it, so the recommendation is one we would have to live with.

Software Consulting

How we work

The same four beats on every engagement, whichever services it draws on. The full seven-phase framework — including how change requests and sign-offs are handled — is on our process page.

01

Discovery call

A senior engineer, not a salesperson, spends about an hour on your goals, your users, and your constraints — and tells you honestly what is possible.

02

Written proposal

Within a week you get a scope, a fixed price, a timeline, and named milestones. No obligation to continue if it isn't the right fit.

03

Sprint delivery

Two-week sprints, a live demo at the end of each one, and full access to the project board. Every merge goes through code review.

04

Launch and support

You own the code and the designs. Thirty days of free bug fixes after launch, then a support plan only if you want one.

What this looks like shipped

Zoolingo and Preschool Kids are mobile products built for children and used at scale. Vidu turns still images into video, Object Remover does generative retouching, and the Habit Tracker runs an AI life coach — three production AI products where the model is the feature, not a demo bolted on afterwards. Each case study covers the constraints, the architecture, and what shipped.

Choosing the right service

Four questions about scope and fit. Pricing, timelines, ownership, NDAs and the rest are answered on the homepage FAQ.

Which service should I start with?
If you are not sure, start with a discovery call rather than picking from this list. Most projects cross two or three of these services anyway — an MVP usually needs design, mobile, and backend work together, and an AI feature almost always needs backend engineering around it. A senior engineer will listen to what you are trying to achieve and tell you which combination fits, including telling you when a smaller scope would serve you better. You do not need to know our vocabulary to talk to us.
Can you combine several of these services on one project?
Yes, and that is the normal case. Our team is full-stack, so design, frontend, backend, mobile, AI, and QA sit under one contract with one point of contact. You are not managing separate vendors or refereeing between a design agency and a development shop. A typical engagement blends three or four of the service lines on this page, and we size the team to match the work rather than selling you a fixed package.
Do you work on products that already exist?
Yes. Roughly half our work is on software that is already live: adding an AI feature to a product that never had one, replacing a stack that has stopped scaling, rebuilding a mobile app, or taking over a codebase another team left behind. We start by reading what you have and telling you honestly what is worth keeping. You do not need a greenfield project to work with us, and we will not recommend a rewrite when a targeted fix would do.
What if my project does not fit any of these thirteen?
Tell us anyway. The service lines are how we describe the work, not a menu we are limited to — they exist to make a large surface area legible, and real projects rarely land cleanly inside one. If what you need genuinely sits outside what we do well, we will say so on the first call and point you somewhere better rather than take the work. That answer costs us a project and saves you a bad one.

Start with a conversation, not a brief

You do not need a finished specification to talk to us. Bring the problem, and a senior engineer will tell you what it would take to solve — including when the honest answer is that you should build less than you planned.
